We ship from Germany and deliver across Europe using standard courier services.
All delivery times listed below are estimates only and are provided for guidance based on typical courier performance.
- Germany: typically 1–3 working days
- European Union (EU): typically 2–5 working days
- Northern Europe & Scandinavia: typically 3–7 working days
- Non-EU Europe (e.g. Norway, Switzerland): typically 4–8 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other factors beyond our control.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During peak periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or special promotions), dispatch may take up to 48 working hours.
We work with established courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees in accordance with national regulations.
Such charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.
We may offer complimentary delivery on qualifying orders from time to time.
Any applicable free delivery thresholds or promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout and applied automatically where eligible.

Once dispatched, delivery is carried out by the courier service.
For consumer orders within the EU, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery (i.e. when the Customer takes physical possession of the goods). We are not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, customs procedures, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer at checkout.
