Orders & Delivery
  • How long does delivery take?

    We dispatch orders from Germany and aim to process them within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

    Estimated delivery times (standard shipping):

    • Germany: typically 1–3 working days
    • European Union (EU): typically 2–5 working days
    • Northern Europe & Scandinavia: typically 3–7 working days
    • Non-EU Europe (e.g. Norway, Switzerland): typically 4–8 working days
      (customs processing may apply)

    All delivery times are estimates and provided for guidance only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. We ship from Germany throughout the European Union and to selected European destinations.

    If you are unsure whether delivery is available to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

  • Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

    For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

    For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees in accordance with national regulations.

    Such charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

  • Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

    If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the delivery address.

    Please contact us as soon as possible — changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

  • What if my package is delayed or lost?

    We work with reliable courier services, but delays can occasionally occur.

    If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

  • Do you offer free delivery?

    We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.
    Any applicable offers are clearly displayed on the website and at checkout.

  • Returns & Exchanges
  • Can I return an item if I change my mind?

    Yes. In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, we offer a 30-day voluntary return policy.

    Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How do I return an item?

    Please contact us at office@armbeag.uk before sending anything back.

    We will provide you with the return address and simple instructions to ensure a smooth process.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5 working days and issued to the original payment method. For statutory withdrawals, the cost of standard delivery is also refunded.

  • Can I exchange my item?

    Yes, exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.

    Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

  • What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?

    We’re sorry if that happens. Please contact us promptly and include a photo if possible. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Product Quality, Guarantee & Care
  • Do you offer a replacement service for defective products?

    Yes. All Armbēag Heritage pieces purchased directly from our website are covered by our Voluntary Lifetime Replacement Service against manufacturing defects.

    If a defect in materials or craftsmanship occurs under normal use, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. This service is offered in addition to your statutory warranty rights under applicable EU consumer law.

  • What is not covered by the replacement service?

    The replacement service does not cover:

    • damage caused by water exposure
    • contact with chemicals, perfumes, acids, or heat
    • burns, crushing, cutting, or accidental damage
    • misuse or wear beyond normal use
    • natural signs of ageing or cosmetic changes over time
  • What are my statutory warranty rights?

    As a consumer in the EU, you are entitled to a statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) of 2 years from the date of delivery. If a product is defective at the time of delivery, you have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund under applicable law. Our Voluntary Lifetime Replacement Service is offered in addition to — and does not limit — these rights.

  • What if I accidentally damage my bracelet?

    Accidental damage is not covered by the Voluntary Lifetime Replacement Service.

    However, we’re always happy to review your case and may be able to offer repair options or a replacement at a reduced cost.

  • Do I need proof of purchase?

    Yes. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required for any replacement service request.

  • Are your products safe?

    Our products are decorative fashion accessories, not toys or medical devices.

    They are intended solely to be worn as accessories and are not designed for any other use.

    They are not intended for use by children. Small components may present a choking hazard and should be kept out of reach of children and animals.

    Products must not be ingested or placed in the mouth or airways.
