Payment is charged at the time of order placement. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued promptly. If the order has already been dispatched, a refund will be processed after the goods have been returned and inspected, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.

In certain cases, we may contact you to request additional information or verification before dispatching an order. Failure to provide such information may result in the cancellation of the order.
