We truly hope you love your Armbēag piece — each bracelet or accessory is made with care, intention, and an eye for timeless style. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help make it right with compassion, clarity, and efficiency.
Alongside your statutory consumer rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- Please contact us at office@armbeag.uk before sending any item back so we can guide you through the process
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 working days.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
This voluntary return option is provided in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law.
We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and want you to enjoy them with confidence. For this reason, we offer a Voluntary Lifetime Replacement Service for items purchased directly through our website.
If your item develops a defect caused by manufacturing or material faults under normal use, we will — at our discretion — repair or replace the item.
What is covered:
- Manufacturing or material defects occurring under normal wear
What is not covered:
- Damage caused by water (including pools, showers, or sea water)
- Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, acids, or extreme heat
- Burns, crushing, cutting, or damage caused by external force
- Misuse, modification, or abnormal wear
- Natural wear and visual changes that occur over time
This policy is intended as a replacement service and does not constitute a guarantee of durability, lifespan, or performance.
How to request a replacement:

- A short description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Your order number or proof of purchase
Return shipping costs for warranty-related cases are the responsibility of the customer.
In certain situations, we may provide a replacement without requiring the return of the original item, based on photographic evidence.
This Voluntary Lifetime Replacement Service is provided in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) under applicable EU consumer law.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, we’ll be happy to assist, subject to availability.
The item must meet the return conditions outlined above. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability and provide the next steps.
At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels.
All return, exchange, and warranty-related shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for added security.
