Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which:

• you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods, if the order consists of a single item or multiple items delivered together; or
• you, or a third party nominated by you, take physical possession of the last item, if the goods are delivered separately as part of one order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gluzov Ievgen, trading as MCGJ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (i.e. the least expensive delivery method offered by us). If you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered, we are not obliged to reimburse the additional cost.

Reimbursement shall be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are:

• made to the consumer’s specifications, or
• clearly personalised (for example, items with custom engraving).

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy as a complimentary service.

This voluntary policy:

• applies only to unused items in their original condition and packaging
• does not apply to personalised or custom-made products
• does not replace, limit, or extend the statutory right of withdrawal
• may be refused in cases of misuse or excessive wear

The conditions of this voluntary return policy are defined solely by us and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
